I have been to this store a few times to get bird seed for my feeders. Such a nice store to browse around too . Lots of gifts to choose are from . Super friendly staff . Kevin L was extremely happy and helpful . I added my email to their list today and they kindly gave me a little free bag of bird seed and a magazine too and a coupon for my next visit . I will most definitely be back . I would give this store 10/10

Sweet ladies in side who gave great advice and a small bag of feed for my father in law to try! Will definitely check this store again! And you should too ❤️

I prefer to support local businesses, but I always have a creepy experience here. Every interaction with a staff person is an opportunity for them to prove that they know more about what you came in to buy than you do.

I can’t say enough positive things about wild birds Unlimited. I’ve been getting all my birdseed from them for years along with my birdfeeders which has created a phenomenal bird ecosystem, and sanctuary for our backyard. Their customer service is exceptional, especially during a situation where I needed birdseed quickly. They were able to accommodate my request and deliver over the weekend. Thank you Kevin at wild birds Unlimited! Local owners like you truly make a difference!!

I ordered a squirrel feeder from Wild Birds Unlimited (online) during COVID-19 and knowing that our Bend Oregon store was closed. The very next day I got a call from Barb (of the Bend store) telling me that she one in stock and offering to deliver it! She left the nice note (attached). Great product and GREAT customer service!
